Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world by air or sea. We will provide a quote upon request.
It depends on where you are. Once your order is completed, it will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes, after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Production of your order starts one (1) business day after your order is confirmed. Within a few days, we will let you know the expected delivery date. Installation
The Emperor Pathojet comes 85% pre-assembled. The installation process should take less than 30 minutes.
Customization
You can choose from the colors offered on our BUILD & PRICE application, however, you may ask for almost any colors by providing a color code (RAL Code). Production lead time might take a longer.
Yes, the Iron Horse seat can be customized with an embroidery on the backrest. Use our BUILD & PRICE application. You will be asked to provide your logo in vectors format.
