At MWE Lab, we designed two workstations to address different needs and industries.
The Emperor XT follows a long line of scorpion-inspired design, evolving from what was first introduced as the Emperor 200 back in 2008. It is immersive, bold, and built for professionals who want the ultimate workstation experience.
The Emperor S2, on the other hand, is a more compact and traditional design, developed after many customer requests for a cleaner and more conventional footprint. With more than 8 adjustable features, including Dynamic Motion Control for motorized adjustments, it offers a personalized comfort experience for each user.
Step 1 – Configuration and Design
Once you have selected the Emperor model that fits your needs, we invite you to use our online configurator tool.
This is where you design your own workstation.
The first step is making sure it integrates perfectly into your workspace in terms of color and aesthetics. You can choose from our standard finishes, or send us a specific color combination and your dedicated product specialist will take care of it.
Next, you select your monitor configuration, from 1 to 6 monitors, and the appropriate video cables. Because the Emperor is designed to evolve with you, you can upgrade it over time and add accessories or additional monitor brackets if your needs change.
Once your configuration is submitted, we review it together to ensure everything matches your expectations and technical requirements.
Step 2 – Proposal, Lead Time and Deposit
After validation, we provide a custom proposal including shipping costs and estimated lead time. This gives you all the information needed to make an informed decision.
Lead time generally ranges between 2 to 8 weeks depending on inventory availability and the level of customization required.
Since we operate on a made-to-order basis, a deposit is required to secure inventory and begin production. Payment can be made via wire transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
When your workstation is ready, the balance payment is due prior to shipping.
Step 3 – Logistics and International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
For private individuals and most companies, we typically use DAP (Delivered At Place). For corporate clients managing their own freight, Ex-Works is also available.
Your account manager keeps you updated throughout the entire process to ensure logistics run smoothly. Communication is key, especially when shipping large, premium products internationally.
All our products are designed and manufactured in Canada. With proper certifications in place, we can take advantage of most free trade agreements, helping minimize or eliminate customs duties when applicable.
Step 4 – Delivery and Installation
The Emperor is delivered almost fully assembled.
Installation mainly consists of mounting the monitors and completing light cable management so that no wires remain visible. We provide clear, step-by-step instructions, and once everything is in place, it is plug and play.
For clients who require it, we can also coordinate white-glove delivery or professional installation services depending on the region.
Ongoing Support and Warranty
Our relationship does not end at delivery.
We remain available for technical support, upgrades, accessory additions, and any questions that may arise. Peace of mind matters, especially when investing in a long-term workstation solution.
That is why we offer a solid warranty covering manufacturing defects and unusual wear under normal use conditions.
From first contact to final setup, our goal is simple: make the entire experience smooth, transparent, and professional.
