General
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. For customers outside of USA and Canada, please ask for a quote.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Canada and the United States with units in stock will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do your workstations require assembly?
Our products come 85% pre-assembled. The installation process, depending on the product, should take less than 1-2 hours when following the quick step-by-step procedures provided.
Are my monitors compatible?
Monitors with VESA 100x100 and 75x75 should be compatible. You can always validate compatibility with one of our sales associate.

Power/video cables are included and pre-wired. You can ask for a specific cable to be pre-wired if required for your setup.
Customization
Can I have my logo on the front plate?
Yes, you can have your company logo on the front plate of your workstation. Use our BUILD & PRICE application. You will be asked to provide your logo in vectors format.
What are the colors available?
You can choose from the colors offered on our BUILD & PRICE application, however, you may ask for almost any colors by providing a color code (RAL Code). Production lead time might take a longer.
Can I order a seat with my company logo on it?
Yes, the Iron Horse seat can be customized with an embroidery on the backrest. Use our BUILD & PRICE application. You will be asked to provide your logo in vectors format.
Shipping and delivery
How is my workstation delivered?
All of our workstations are delivered on a pallet covered with a cardboard box. You'll need to be at least two individuals to move our workstations around.
How much does it weight?
Weights vary from one product to another, from 250 lb to 400 lb. You can visit each product page for specific details.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
There is a white-glove delivery and installation service available upon request. Please contact us with shipping address to get an estimate.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as faulty components or structural failures. Please refer to your product's warranty documentation for specific details.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period varies depending on the product. Most of our products come with a 3-year warranty, but some items may have extended coverage. Please check the warranty information provided with your product for the exact duration.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will guide you through the process and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most products, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for further instructions.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return. Additionally, clearance items may be final sale. Please review our return policy or contact customer support for specific product eligibility.
