5. What is the usual order process and lead time?
The first step is to design your Emperor with our online configurator tool (3D) and review the setup with one of our product specialists. The lead time usually ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on inventory availability and level of customization. We ship our product almost fully-assembled for a quick and easy installation. All our products are designed and manufactured in Canada. With proper certifications in place, we can take advantage of most free trade agreements, helping minimize or eliminate customs duties when applicable.
