Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If you not located in the United States or in Canada, please ask for a quote.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Does the Emperor S2 require assembly?
The Emperor XT comes 95% pre-assembled. The installation process should take less than one (1) hour when following a quick step-by-step procedures in the user guide. It mainly consists of installing your personal monitors.
What are the package dimensions and weight?
The Emperor XT is shipped on a pallet covered with a cardboard box. Package dimensions are 63" (160cm) length x 35" (89cm) width x 52" (132cm) height. Total weight is approximately 300lb. (140 kg)
